A 1996 graduate from Chaparral High School in Las Vegas, Nev...earned
four letters in volleyball...lettered in basketball in 1993 and
1994 and in track in 1994...in track, she ran the third leg on
the 4x400 relay team...during her volleyball career, she was a
three-time first team All-League selection while being named to
the honorable mention list as a freshman...led volleyball team
to the state championship in 1994...as a senior, was on the All-Tournament
team at the zones, MVP of the zones, while also being selected
to the state's All-Tournament squad...as a basketball player,
she was on the zone championship team during the 1993-94 season
while finishing runner-up in 1994-95.

spare time...cousin, Paul, plays volleyball for the national champion
