NCAA MEN’S VOLLEYBALL NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP SEMI-FINALS

COLUMBUS, Ohio, April 28, 1997 – Penn State (29-1) will challenge two-time defending national champion UCLA (23-4) in the semi-finals of the 1997 NCAA Men’s Volleyball National Championship, this Thursday evening, May 1st at 7:00 p.m. PDT, 10:00 p.m. EDT, across America and around the world, via satellite, from St. John Arena at Ohio State University, on The Cable Radio Network and the World Wide Web at Audionet.com.

The winner of Thursday evening’s first semi-final match between Stanford (25-3) and Ball State (27-7), will face the winner of the Penn State/UCLA match for the 1997 NCAA Men’s Volleyball National Championship title. The championship final will air this Saturday evening, May 3rd at 4:00 p.m. PDT, 7:00 p.m. EDT on The Cable Radio Network and the World Wide Web at Audionet.com.
