1996 Season Highs: 19 kills vs. BYU (March 16)...three aces Brigham Young (March 16)...eight digs vs. Brigham Young (March 16)...six blocks vs. Brigham Young (March 16).
1996: On academic exchange in fall...returned to team in the running for starting middle blocker position.
1995: Improved skills and overall strength...started several matches because of size and ability...12 kills (season-high) vs. Cal State Northridge (April 13)...5 block assists vs. Cal State Northridge (April 13)...1 solo block/6 block assists vs. UC Santa Barbara (Feb. 28).
1994 Redshirt: Spent a year in the weight room and learning the new system.
High School: 1993 graduate of Punahou School...earned two letters each in volleyball and basketball...volleyball coach was Scott coach was KFVE sports commentator Chris McLachlin...named First Team all-ILH in basketball and Third Team all-ILH in volleyball...also named Most Inspirational Player in 1993.
